Acceptance

By installing or using Cinder Trove, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the extension or app.

What Cinder Trove provides

Cinder Trove is a Chrome extension and mobile app that saves links to a Google Sheet in your own Google Drive. It also provides deadline tracking, reminders, and export features. Pro features require a paid subscription.

Your account

You sign in with your existing Google account. You are responsible for keeping that account secure. Cinder Trove is not responsible for any loss caused by unauthorized access to your Google account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Cinder Trove for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the extension or app
• Use automated tools to abuse or overload any third-party API connected to Cinder Trove
• Share your Pro license key with others

Pro subscriptions

Pro features are available through a monthly or yearly subscription billed via Lemon Squeezy. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your Lemon Squeezy account page. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 7 days of a charge if you have a concern.

A Pro license key activates on up to 5 devices. Sharing your key with others is not permitted and may result in deactivation.

Your data

Your saved links are stored in your own Google Sheet. Cinder Trove does not hold your data on its own servers. You own your data. You can delete your sheet or revoke Google access at any time.

Third-party services

Cinder Trove connects to Google Sheets, Microlink, OCR.space, Notion, Airtable, and Lemon Squeezy depending on the features you use. Each service has its own terms and privacy policy. Cinder Trove is not responsible for the availability or conduct of those services.

Availability

Cinder Trove is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We will give reasonable notice for any significant changes.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cinder Trove is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data or missed deadlines.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change, the date at the top of this page will be updated. Continued use of Cinder Trove after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ghana.
